FC Rockville Arsenal  - U14 Girls

Tryout Notice

Rockville Arsenal FC will be holding try-outs for players born after August 1, 1994.  We are specifically looking for a mid-fielder, but we generally expect players to have the ability and desire to play multiple positions on the field.  This is a fun team that works and plays hard with great team chemistry.  Please contact coach Ed Benjamin (fcrockville.arsenal@gmail.com or 240.401.8107) for more information or to schedule a try out.  Arsenal FC practices at a convenient location right off I-270 in Gaithersburg.

Team History:
In fall 2004 this team was formed as a Gaithersburg Department of Recreation team, composed of girls who all went to the same school. Since then the team has evolved, progressively increasing their level of commitment and competition, and playing in Gaithersburg, Seneca Soccer Association, SAM Challenge and MSI Classic. They won trophies in their last three season, including an undefeated season in MSI Classic Division 1 last season. The team's mission is to build character, skill and confidence in every player while constantly challenging each player to reach her potential. The team has players from all over Montgomery County (Germantown, Gaithersburg, Bethesda, North Potomac, Rockville, Bethesda, Clarksburg and Silver Spring). Arsenal FC plays in the spring and fall seasons, winter indoor soccer and about 4 tournaments per year.
